Shanghai: Silport had the privilege of hosting some top officials in the country’s sporting scene when the club acted as the golf venue for the Third All China Games that took place in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.

With the quadrennial sporting extravaganza co-hosted by the State Sport General Administration and the All–China Sports Federation, in attendance were Yuan Weiming, commissioner of the Chinese Communist Party and former director of the State Sport General Administration, Hu Jiayan, vice director of the Organization Committee for the Third All China Games, and Zhang Xiaoning, deputy director of the third division of Multi-ball Games Administrative Center of State Sport General Administration China Golf Association.
