  Shanghai：After the No. 9 Typhoon Chan-hom, the great Shanghai area was in the really hot day during the following half month, the over 40°C weather made all the outdoor sport a big challenge and just in such a special day of 2nd of August, the Asian Iron Man Golf Challenge started at Shanghai Silport. Totally 141 golfers came to join the challenge organized by GOLFTODAY and followed the rule, all the players had to challenge the 27 holes without any caddie and Pick up golf bag by themselves, repair green and bunkers. The match began at 6:10 a.m. and finished at 15:30 p.m. and all the players challenged the first 18 holes and last 9 holes after a shot break to have lunch and energy supplements. All the players challenge their limits and show their golf sprits.
  A four years’ cooperation between Silport golf course and GOLFTODAY, really made a good understanding of the competition, Silport prepared a wholesome support to protect all the guests in the hot summer day with the enough sunstroke preventive articles and also professional doctors to ensure the safety of the players of this event.
