  August 9-12, the youth golf group visit Shanghai Silport golf club and experienced the champion courses for a four-day’s training. The 12 young golfers are from "Taiwan youth golf team” under the organization of Chinese Taipei golf association. The 12 players are selected from schools of Taiwan, all of them are young but with talented golf skills really have a memorable trip of training experience of the classic Silport venue, event services, everyone is deeply falling in love with this champion course of the 7 times venue of VOLVO China open.
  Chinese Taipei Golf Association aimed to promote the development of golf, they hold challenge monthly and seasonally, and many players from the Taiwan’s elementary school, junior high school and senior high school join the selection of outstanding golfers and can get the chance of all kinds of qualifying games and training opportunities in and out according to the ranking list. Recent years, the Chinese Taipei association organized the summer vocation training of 12 players to Shanghai Silport to have a group training, aimed to made all the players can experience the excellent courses in different climate and the adaptability in variety courses which can make a training to cultivate young golfer's comprehensive ability, at the same time, with the close connection of the coaches, the young players can get a big promotion of golf skills and well benefited with the training. Yani Tseng, the famous Taiwan golf LPGA Champion winner is also trained through such way. We can say this training is really a successful model worthy to be promoted for the youth golf communication.
  This training team has pointed Silport as the training field for three consecutive years, and next year, they are planning to the sisters course of Shanghai Silport-the Tiger Beach golf Links, to experience the most authentic Links style in China.
  The cooperation between Silport and Chinese Taipei Golf Association, thanks to Mr. TU TIEH-HSIUNG who is the Board Member of the association, provided the positive efforts for both sides, As Silport Member, Mr. Tu knows well that Silport has greatly contributions to the promotion and development of youth golf, therefore he recommend the training actively between the two sides.
  To promote the golf in China and enhance the communication between Taiwan and mainland is also a big wish of Mr. Beta Soong who is a great owner of two top golf courses in China as a well-known Taiwanese, he expects to be able to build a golf bridge of cultural communication and actively promote the golf sport, especially for the promotion and communication on both sides of the golf development in the future, he has had great positive contributions to the development and communication of golf between Taiwan and Mainland.
