Shanghai Silport sister course --- Tiger Beach Links, in Shandong province was fully designed by Beta Soong himself without any previous golf design experience. In 2002 Tiger Beach received a great honour, when Beta Soong signed a sister-link agreement with Scotland 300 years-history Carnoustie golf Links.
