Shanghai: Li Li Yun emerged the dominant force at Shanghai
Silport¡¯s October Monthly Medal as a field of about 40

West courses, Li, a 17 handicap, carded a round of 86 for a

putter for a prize, Li added to her honors when she claimed
the longest drive prize with 200 yards on the North Course
seventh hole.

Michael Hager will be joining Li, Tomonori, Hae and Lin in
the December Grand Final to determine Silport¡¯s second club
champion as it was his name pulled in a lucky draw to gain
entry.
As the players enjoyed a buffet dinner following the
tournament, Silport General Manager David Chen announced
that Silport¡¯s East and Center courses would reopen on
November 1 in time for the Autumn Membership Invitational.
Special thanks to all the sponsors who donated prizes such
as Givenchy perfume, Pro-Simon apparel, Sintin silk quilts
and Double Tree by Hilton hotels.
As its title implies, the monthly medal is a competition
strictly for Silport members. All members are welcome to
participate in this fun and competitive situation that will
determine the champion when the Grand Final is held in
December. November¡¯s Monthly Medal provides the last chance
