Miserable Weather the Story for Lunar New Year Monthly Medal

Shanghai: Silport started its Lunar New Year festivities early in the ¡°Year of the Tiger¡± when a field of about 30 members came out in cold, wet and windy conditions to contest the February Monthly Medal.
