 Silport members enjoyed a comfort summer day at the July Membership Invitational when over hundreds of players turned out for this fun and challenging event.
Playing under a New Peoria scoring format over the North and West courses, the fierce competition proved no problem for Chen Zhangning as he emerged the Net Champion with a score of 67.2, and also he was one of the two winners of the Nearest Pin prize with 0.5 yard, another winner was Mr. Yang Xianghai who also shot 0.5 yard to the flag. The two winners of Longest Drive prizes were Mr. Zhou Jianbo with 280yards and Mr. Yan Chongfeng with a shot of 250 yards. The battle for the runner-up of the Net Champion proved fierce as Mr. Yan Chongfeng with a score of 68.4 and followed by Mr. Gao Dinggui with a close net score of 68.6. Ms Xu Yiping captured the women¡¯s Nett Champion honor with a net 70. The big gross winner went to Mr. Pan Andong who shot a gross score of 75. The sweet host and the quality sponsors also provided the ¡°Blue Girl¡± Beer stops for the players to relieve summer heat.
The after party proved a huge success for all the participants with the abundance of prizes on offer. Thanks all the sponsors who provided goods and services which made all the members and guests feel endless aftertastes.
