Mizuno celebrated the launch of its new Cross Eight ball in hosting the Mizuno Cup Invitational. With thunderstorms cutting the tournament to only nine holes, Japanese guest Mr Saito won the low nett with a 34.6 score. For his efforts, he received a set of Mizuno JPX woods. Other honors went to Axel Kaltofen, Wang Aiming and Huang Hui who each received a T-Zoid driver for longest drive. Chen Zhengxiong, Huang Yaozheng and Cai Zhiqiang each won a Blue Face putter for the nearest-the-pin.
