Shanghai: Delegates from a three-day business forum in Shanghai took time out from their talks on banking and the growth of the credit card industry in the region to tee it up in the MasterCard Golf Day at Silport.

With 22 top managers and chief executive officers from multinational banks in such areas as India, Taiwan, Philippines and Hong Kong in the field, Mohamed Azmi Bin Mahmood proved the strongest player as the Malaysian edged out runner up Vadyo Munaan of Indonesia and third-place finisher Francis Hsu in the low gross.
Munaan gots his revenge in the team honor as he partnered with Shoke Na Ranong, Sanjiv Sud and Omar Anwar for the best foursome. Other winners included Arak Chonlatanon, Andy Chan and Hsu claiming the nearest-the-pin prizes. Anwar also won the longest drive and Arak the flag competition.
