Shanghai: Silport member Kim Sooun got to show his colleagues the course he gets to enjoy on a regular basis when the club hosted the LG Group Shanghai Invitational for 65 executives of the South Korean electronic giant.

Kim, a 16 handicap and the CEO of LG in China, organized the tournament for all the company’s elite staff from both Shanghai and southeastern China with the idea of mixing a bit of business with pleasure.

Playing over Silport’s East and Center course layouts under a New Peoria scoring format, SC Chu topped the field when the 16 handicap shot an 86 for the low gross honor. JW Byun, a 12 handicap, was the low nett champion.

The event concluded with a prize-giving dinner held in Silport’s upstairs dining room.
